General Questions
Do I need a medical card?
No medical card required. Anyone 21 years of age or older with a valid government‑issued photo ID is eligible to make a purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cash and debit payments. Credit cards are not available at this time, however an ATM is located on site.
How old do you have to be to enter?
You must be 21+ with a valid government‑issued ID to enter. Unfortunately, underage guests aren’t allowed—even with a parent or guardian.
Where can I park?
You’ll find four reserved parking spots during our business hours (two on Hennepin Ave and two on Lake St). When those are full, valet service is available — and the fee is waived with qualifying in‑store purchases.
Do you offer valet parking?
Yes, valet parking is available. The valet fee is waived with a qualifying in‑store purchase.
Are pets allowed in the dispensary?
Only service animals are permitted inside the dispensary. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed.
Purchasing & Policies
Do you offer delivery?
Home delivery is unavailable at this time. However, we are working toward making it available in the future.
Is there a limit to how much I can buy?
Yes. By law, each transaction is limited to 2 ounces of flower, 8 grams of concentrate, or 800 milligrams of edibles for customers 21 and older. There’s no daily purchase limit, as long as you stay within the legal possession amounts.

How long will you hold my online order?
Online orders are reserved for 24 hours. If payment or pickup isn’t completed within that time, the order will be cancelled and the item returned to our inventory for purchase by other customers.
Can I make changes to my online order when I pick it up?
Absolutely. Adjustments to your online order can be made at the time of pickup without any issue.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Orders must be picked up by the person who placed them. Please bring a valid ID and payment at the time of pickup.
What is your return policy?
Due to cannabis regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Our return policy is limited to defective (unused) vape carts, disposables, and batteries.

Tips for first‑time cannabis users?
If it’s your first time, take it slow! Try cannabis in a safe, familiar place. Start small, and give yourself at least one to two hours to feel the effects.
Where can I smoke?
You may only smoke or vape cannabis in private spaces where it’s allowed. Public use is prohibited by law. Consumption in or around our dispensaries is prohibited.

Can I drive after consuming cannabis?
No. Driving under the influence of cannabis is against the law. For your safety and the safety of others, please don’t drive after using cannabis.

In Minnesota, you may travel with cannabis up to the legal possession limit. However, taking cannabis across state lines or through airports is prohibited under federal law.
How much cannabis am I legally allowed to carry?
Under current Minnesota state low, people 21 and older can legally possess and transport up to 2 ounces of flower, 8 grams of THC concentrate, and 800 milligrams of edible product.
